Unban request , It's mistaken

I was playing then an admin told me to Do test (wcd), I did it then after few hours another admin told me to the the test , Then when was going to tell him that i did it before few moments , He banned me.
Unban me.
Then i found that it said cheat : OpenGL32 Cheat
I think my cs version have a plugin , How can i remove it to play again ?

Had the same problem before and almost lost my admin but I never cheated and a lot of people from here know that
Here is a clean version of opengl32.dll. I used this and the test was clear

Idk if u will get unbanned but hoping for u that u will be unbanned. If u didnt have a steam version of counter strike 1.6 and installed one from the internet maybe Tiger will unban you
