This kind of detection cannot be cleared since your cheat data is still physically on your hard disk...

It's only natural to forget old files and not delete them I guess. Haven't cheated in cs ever since my last detection, suddenly getting one now when I've got nothing shady installed. Nothing I can do about it? Or is there something?

Just delete the files and you will be ok.
