Unban Resquest

Hi
I were banned in Wargods for no reason (still i dont know why). Days before i used wargods and it worked perfectly.The next day i was scanning my cs so i left the scan completing and then a window pops up saying that i got banned.I wasnt using cheats or any ilegal software but just the wargods banned me.Can i get unbaned please ? And tell me the reasons i got banned because i dont want the non-reason ban happen again.
