V-am verificat activitatea pe MINIM 30 de zile.
Eu v-am inteles cand ati spus ca aveti probleme, nu aveti timp s.a.m.d, acum intelegeti-ma si voi pe mine, m-am saturat sa vad server-ul gol din cauza inactivitatii adminilor.
De acum va voi verifica pe fiecare luna, nu va mai fi cu avertismente, va fi direct downgrade sau remove.
Pe acest server se va tine doar adminii capabili. Pana la urma doar cu acestia poti face treaba.
PS. Activitatea nu inseama conectarea pe server 5-10 minute dupa care iesim.

Acum, pana sa ajung sa va dau aceste grade pe care le vedeti mai sus, am verificat:
Activitate pe server.
Activitate pe forum.

Poate unii dintre voi ati crezut ca daca intrati cateva minute pe server si iesiti dupa 5 minute v-ati indeplinit responsabilitatile de admini.
Nu este chiar asa. Activitatea nu inseamna numai orele petrecute pe server jucandu-va.
Trebuie sa pastrati un echilibru intre activitatea pe server si cea pe forum.
Degeaba stati cu orele pe server daca pe forum intrati din an in paste, si invers.

Activitatea pe forum inseamna: votarea serverului / raspunderea la cereri admin / slot / unban, etc / promovarea serverului si a comunitatii, etc.
Activitatea pe server inseamna: Ingrijirea serverului ( sa mentineti serverul curat, sa aplicati comenzile conform regulamentului ), indrumarea playerilor catre cererile admin / slot, etc.
Nu zice nimeni sa nu te joci, dar nu juca ore intregi si pe server playeri nu joaca conform regulamentului ( camp , tb, etc ). Din nou, aplica comenzile conform regulamentului.

Sunt foarte dezamagit.
Serverul se afla intr-o perioada foarte grea, pentru a-l putea (re)aduce in stagiul in care a fost aveam nevoie de PROMOVARE si ACTIVITATE.
Din pacate pentru unii dintre voi, nu stiti ce inseamna asta, acum a venit timpul sa primiti ceea ce meritati.

Aviz tuturor ce au primit grad la campanie !! Nu vi l-am oferit de pomana, doar sa il aveti acolo. Inteleg, nu sunt absurda. Nu va cer sa faceti cine stie ce activitate. Dar puteti macar 2 ore pe saptamana sa intrati, sa mai votati serverul macar la 2 zile daca nu reusiti la o zi. Dar nesimtirea nu o tolerez. Macar anuntati-ma cand nu puteti fi activi !!
Nu cer nimic mai mult decat sa va aratati minimul de interes.
