I am Using WarGod Shield In My Multimod Server When Mod Changes Server Get Lagged For 10-15 Sec

This plugin was tested on many servers, none of them give us that result.

Try disabling the plugins one-by-one until you figure out which one of your plugins is the problem, but first try to disable the plugins that make mysql connection / socket connection.

Please Block Fake Bot Player Hack Adder

Type "ws_info" in console to make sure everything is alright. If everything is ok but you still have the problem with fakebots you can change "ws_antiflood" cvar to 4. Also you can change "ws_antiflood_block_connection" cvar to 1, this will block the connection of the fakebots/exploits (without banning the ip) and it will make log.
